HTR - Ideally nestled in a small cul-de-sac 100m from the lake, beautiful luxury villa completely remodeled, a true haven of peace.

Erected on a pretty wooded park with a heated swimming pool with underwater shutter, petanque ground, table tennis, a kayak and a stand up paddle. Situated 300m from the town centre and 1.5km from the beaches, you will put down the car and do everything on foot and by bike.

The living spaces are numerous: on the ground floor the main common room with fully equipped open kitchen, dining room overlooking a terrace and the pool. In the living room flat screen TV and hifi top of the range
