CTR - In the center of Hossegor, a 10-minute walk from the ocean, in a former 1930s hotel designed by the famous architect Gomez, apartment IGOR, located on the third and top floor with elevator.

Its highlight is a magnificent 50m² terrace facing west, south and north, where you can enjoy all your meals and relax in the sun or shade, with a breathtaking view of the marine lake and canal.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160cm), the other with 2 single beds (90cm), a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen and a beautiful living-dining room with a sofa bed (160cm). The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. A car parking space and a bicycle garage are available.

Ideally located, with the cycle path in front, the market and its great atmosphere nearby, the golf course not far away and the lake 2 steps away!
